The Philadelphia Eagles are set to end a seven-year drought by adding a new name to the Eagles Hall of Fame in 2025, sources told ESPN. Center Jason Kelce, a fan favorite and team icon from 2011 to 2023, will be honored for his remarkable contributions during a transformative era for the franchise.
Kelce, who retired after the 2023 season, played 13 seasons with the Eagles, starting all 193 games of his career. He recorded 7 Pro Bowl selections from 2014 to 2022 and 6 First-team All-Pro honors from 2017 to 2022, establishing himself as one of the NFL’s premier centers. Known as “The Anchor of the O-Line,” Kelce was a beacon of consistency through the Eagles’ challenging years from 2011 to 2017, a period marked by playoff struggles. His leadership and grit culminated in the team’s Super Bowl LII victory in 2018, a milestone for Eagles fans.
“Jason was the soul of our offensive line,” said head coach Nick Sirianni. “He epitomized what it means to be an Eagle.”
